Piroska Bisits Bullen is a public health specialist who is passionate about using data to design programs that work, and enjoys shutting down programs that don’t. Currently working for Cambodia Health Education & Media Service (CHEMS) and Cambodian HIV/AIDS and Care (CHEC), her previous projects include using Facebook to reach Cambodian men hooking up for man-on-man sex and creating a TV soap opera that taught the ins and outs of chicken raising. Piroska is originally from Sydney, Australia. She has recently completed a PhD in Public Health and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) with a specialty in Neuroscience.
